Councilman Gardina has never voted to raise the property tax and has supported property tax cuts three times. He has also supported tax credits and fiscal constraint in the budget while helping Baltimore County maintain a AAA-rating with the bonding houses in New York. Baltimore County has consistently been named one of the best managed counties in the United States.
