the abandoned gas station at Taylor Avenue and Perring Parkway demolished.
Passage of the Joppa Road Corridor Plan and restrictive zoning by Councilman Gardina have prevented the commercialization of Joppa Rd. in Carney.
Councilman Gardina designated the first Parkville Fire Station (early 20th century) a Parkville Historic Landmark.
In 2002, Councilman Gardina promised a new police and fire station for Parkville in an effort to provide better public safety.
Councilman Gardina has fought to have illegal students removed from Parkville High School.
